Greenchip Recycling is an established waste management and resource recovery business operating in Baranduda, Victoria.

Our EPA-licensed facility specialises in the management, treatment and recycling of a variety of industrial and organic waste streams.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Environmental/Operations Compliance Coordinator to join our team and play an important role in supporting our day-to-day environmental/Operations compliance requirements.

About the Role

This is a diverse, hands-on role combining administration, environmental compliance and practical involvement in site operations.

Working closely with management and operational staff, you will help ensure the business meets its environmental obligations while supporting the continued development of our compliance systems and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and organising environmental compliance records, registers and documentation.
• Assisting with compliance requirements under EPA Victoria regulations and site operating licences.
• Coordinating environmental sampling and testing programs, including arranging laboratory analysis and maintaining results.
• Assisting with the preparation and updating of environmental management plans, procedures and risk assessments.
