Cleanaway is seeking a confident, driven site operations leader in Victoria to oversee organics and depackaging facilities. You will drive safety, performance, and sustainability while leading a high-performing team.

You will develop and implement procedures, monitor KPIs, and pursue continuous improvements to safety, quality, productivity, and cost. This role focuses on shaping the site's evolution and delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent significant business-related experience in manufacturing, waste or transport.
• Strong business acumen.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practical solutions.
