Job summary

Envite Environment, a division of Workways Australia, is seeking an Environment Supervisor to lead the field team in NSW. This full-time permanent role focuses on bush regeneration, weed control, revegetation, and site assessment, ensuring projects meet safety and environmental standards.

You will manage on-ground delivery, coordinate budgets and planning, and work within WHS policies. A Certificate III in Conservation & Land Management or equivalent and 3+ years bush regeneration experience are

Qualifications

• Experience in bush regeneration or related fields such as horticulture, weed control, revegetation, landscaping.
• Experience supervising teams and managing performance.
• Project planning and budgeting experience including quotes and on-ground delivery.
• Understanding of best practice bush regeneration, landscaping and light construction.
• Knowledge of weed control measures, plant identification and environmental issues.
• Strong communication and administrative skills, including computer use and WHS awareness.
