Job summary

Dragonfly Environmental is seeking a Senior Bush Regeneration Site Supervisor to lead on-ground teams across Sydney Metro sites.

You will apply best-practice bush regeneration techniques, ensure WHS&E compliance, and communicate with clients and staff while producing reports. The role requires physical fitness and willingness to travel up to 1.5 hours per day. A white card, Cert III in Conservation and Land Management, and a valid drivers license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Site Supervisor in Bush Regeneration.

• WHS&E experience and knowledge.
• Effective leadership and management skills.
• A passion for the environment.
• White Card.
• Cert III in Conservation and Land Management.
• Current First Aid.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Site Supervisor to join our team and make a difference.

Our Site Supervisors are the back bone of our organisation, leading our on ground teams in best practice bush regeneration techniques. You will be responsible for the day to day on ground management and care of a variety of sites.

You will need to understand and apply best practice WHS&E and bush regeneration technique. You will also need excellent communication skills both written and verbal as you will be required to communicate with clients and on ground staff and you will also be required to write reports.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years as a Site Supervisor in Bush Regeneration

Bush regeneration is a physically demanding job that requires good physical health. This position will be required to travel to different sites around Sydney Metro, possibly up to 1.5 hrs/day, it will also require walking, carrying, kneeling, using pruning saw. The successful candidate will need to be able to handle the physical demands on the job.
