Job summary

Beleza School Uniforms, based in Hallam, Victoria, is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join the growing supply chain team. This full-time role focuses on procurement of inventory, production planning, and logistics for local and overseas suppliers.

Ideal candidate is near graduation, fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and proficiency in Excel. You’ll gain hands-on experience in data analysis, PO creation, and supplier communications

Qualifications

• Entry point into supply chain management and procurement.
• Prefer near or recent university graduates.
• Ability to work in a team and with others.
• English and Chinese language proficiency essential.
• Proof of right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Use data to monitor inventory movements and anticipate demand.
• Arrange production orders, PO generation, cost analysis and approvals.
• Coordinate logistics for overseas inventory (air and sea freight).
• Collaborate with local production to resolve supply issues.
• Provide management with demand and supply insights.
• Maintain inventory system: load POs, update status, stocktake.
• Handle sample shipments to/from overseas facilities; quality control.
• Communicate with suppliers and stakeholders about orders and status.
