About the Role

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play an important role in delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service. You will work closely with our GPs, nurses, and management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting patients and providing a high standard of customer service


• Must be available to work 8am - 6pm 4 days per week, days to be negotiated


• Answering phone calls, booking appointments, and managing patient enquiries


• Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing


• Managing patient check-ins and medical records


• Supporting clinical staff with administrative tasks


• Maintaining a clean and organised reception area


• Assisting with general office duties as required
