Job summary

Robar Boring Contractors is seeking an entry-level Labourer to join our team on a full-time basis at Orchard Hills NSW. This hands-on role is ideal for someone starting a career in construction while learning the trade under guidance.

You will assist with machine operations, site maintenance, and preparation of equipment, with training provided. Flexible hours and potential for career progression are offered, including HR licence/White Card where applicable.

Qualifications

• Entry-level Labourer role in a construction environment.
• Willingness to commute to Orchard Hills, Western Sydney.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily project/yard maintenance tasks.
• Assist Machine Operator with loading/unloading equipment and moving to sites.
• Support machine operator with drilling equipment and components.
• Prepare and maintain machines, with help from the mechanic as needed.
• Follow SafeWorkMethodStatements on all projects.
• Assist Directors and team members on various tasks.

Robar Boring Contractors Pty Ltdare seeking an entry-level Labourerto join our expert team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the Construction industry, in a beginner “hands-on” role.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Completing your daily assignment of project oryard maintenance duties
• Assist Machine Operator with loading and unloading equipment moving to orfrom the Drilling Machine, relocating iton project sites if necessary
• Assist Machine Operator with equipment such as augers, masts, winches, chains, liners, and other related drilling equipment
• Prepare and maintain machines for operation, eitherindividually orassisting our Mechanic
• Adhere toSafeWorkMethodStatements on all job projects
• Assist the Company Director and/or other team members on projects and tasks

Qualifications & attributes:

• Excellent personal presentation
• Able to commute to and from Orchard Hills, Western Sydney
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, and some weekend shifts when necessary
• Self-motivation & strong work ethic
• Drug & alcohol screening may be required prior to commencement
