Job summary

Citrus Group is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join our Sydney-based team. This full-time role involves assisting new and existing members, providing accurate information, and guiding customers through varied enquiries.

Training and ongoing coaching will be provided to support your success. You will build relationships, maintain member records, and contribute to improving the member experience while developing your knowledge of products and processes in a supportive, collaborative

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

About The Role

We are looking for a Member Services Specialist to join a busy and supportive team on a full-time permanent basis.

You will be responsible for assisting new and existing members, providing accurate information and helping customers navigate a range of enquiries and more complex situations.
