Job summary

YOMG is hiring energetic Team Members for its Brisbane location. You will warmly welcome guests, take orders, help explain the menu, and assist in preparing shakes and frozen yoghurt. No hospitality experience is required as training is provided, and you will be part of a busy, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, confident and efficient service.
• Take accurate orders, process payments and explain menu and promotions.
• Prepare and serve shakes, frozen yoghurt, drinks and front-of-house products.
• Keep guest, service and amenity areas clean, stocked and ready for trade.
• Follow food safety, allergen, hygiene and cash handling procedures.
• Work across front-of-house stations and support the team during busy periods.
