Job summary

MEDLOG is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry-Level Container Surveyor to join our ECP team at Minto on a full-time permanent basis. You will be trained to inspect incoming containers and determine their condition and status, with full on-the-job training provided.

No prior container surveying experience is required; we welcome a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

About the role

Working as part of our ECP team, you will be trained to inspect incoming containers and determine their condition and status. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting incoming containers and identifying their condition

• Identifying any damage or repairs that may be required

• Completing container blow outs and sweeps

• Marking containers to identify their correct status/grade

• Entering and maintaining container information using electronic devices

• Following all workplace health and safety procedures

• Working as part of a supportive and team-focused environment

About you

We are looking for someone who is reliable, practical and keen to learn. You don't need previous container surveying experience — we're looking for the right attitude and willingness to be trained.
