Job summary

Seqwater is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist to lead cross-functional, multi-year transformation programs across South East Queensland. You will translate strategic objectives into roadmaps, drive governance, and ensure benefits realisation while embedding sustainable change across the organisation.

Responsibilities include coordinating multiple workstreams, engaging executives, and applying data-driven problem solving to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading large-scale, complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programs with disciplined stage gating and fast paced delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams in cross-functional environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and benefits realisation expertise.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and governance skills with executive leaders.
• Excellent storyboarding ability to distil complex scenarios into simple, actionable messaging.
• Experience with a range of business improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of Seqwater's enterprise transformation portfolio, translating strategic objectives into a clear roadmap.
• Establish and manage executive and workstream governance to drive data-driven problem solving.
• Drive successful execution across multiple transformation workstreams and realise benefits.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and senior leaders to influence decisions.
• Support benefits realisation and monitor progress, risks and dependencies across the portfolio.
• Apply data-driven problem solving and lead organisational change initiatives.
