Job summary

Innovation and Experience company in Australia is seeking a Tech Lead to own technical stewardship across a large enterprise account, balancing BAU delivery with ongoing platform improvement. You’ll translate between .NET and Next.js, guiding decisions and mentoring engineers to uphold high standards.

You’ll join a cross-functional team and drive architecture, performance, and reliability while aligning with the client’s evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET architecture and Next.js.
• Experience with Sitecore or headless CMS.
• Proven track record leading long-running retained client accounts.
• Strong people leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own technical leadership across a large enterprise account.
• Make architecture decisions that span .NET and Next.js.
• Mentor engineers and raise technical standards.
• Identify and prioritise technical debt.
• Act as technical point of contact for the client.
• Partner with delivery leads to align technical work with evolving business needs.
