Job summary

Catholic Education Western Australia Limited is seeking an Integrated Solutions Support Specialist to join our Digital Technology team within the Finance, Infrastructure and Digital Technology Directorate. You will provide practical support, test system updates, deliver user training and maintain clear resources for schools and CEWA staff.

Working closely with the Integrated Solutions Support Lead, you will respond to support requests, conduct regression testing for AoS Administration and AoS

Qualifications

• Sound understanding of school administration and finance processes.
• Ability to investigate and troubleshoot system and process-related issues.
• Explain and demonstrate system processes and changes through guidance or training.
• Experience maintaining support documentation following system enhancements.
• Excellent record-keeping and commitment to professional development.
• Prepared to support the Catholic ethos in your duties.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve system support requests, escalating complex issues when required.
• Investigate system and process-related problems and provide practical guidance to users.
• Perform regression testing for AoS Administration, AoS Finance and other enterprise solutions.
• Deliver training for existing functionality, new features and system changes.
• Maintain accurate records of support interactions, resolutions and updated documentation.
• Represent end users by advocating for usability improvements and effective user experience.
