Job summary

Sydney Airport is seeking an experienced Corporate Systems Manager to lead the support, optimisation and continuous improvement of the corporate systems portfolio.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine people leadership with day-to-day operational oversight of critical enterprise platforms that support teams across Finance, Commercial, Aviation, People & Culture, Legal, Risk and Corporate Services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading application support or enterprise systems teams.
• Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, CRM and HRIS environments.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology outcomes.
• Commercially astute with budgets and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the support, governance and optimisation of a portfolio of corporate systems, ensuring platforms remain secure, reliable and fit for purpose.
• Partner with business leaders across Finance, Commercial, Aviation, People & Culture and other corporate functions to understand operational requirements and deliver technology solutions that create value.
• Manage and develop a team of four specialists while building capability, driving accountability and fostering a customer-focused culture.
• Oversee vendors, managed service providers and support partners, including contract performance, commercial outcomes and service delivery.
• Manage the Corporate Systems budget, balancing operational expenditure, investment priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drive enhancements, automation opportunities and system improvements across enterprise platforms including Oracle EBS, CRM and HRIS environments.
