Job summary

Domain, part of the CoStar Group, in Australia, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Enterprise Systems Operations and IT Operations teams. You will own ITSM practices, drive stability of core platforms, and ensure compliant, secure operations across CRM, billing/ERP and integrations.

You will shape operating standards, manage major transitions, and partner with finance, cyber resilience and external auditors to maintain audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years in enterprise systems, IT operations or technology service delivery.
• 4+ years of people management leading operations or support teams.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL practices and operational controls.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as CRM, billing/ERP and integrations.
• Experience with IT compliance and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, availability and performance of enterprise systems and integrations; drive proactive operations and set operational KPIs.
• Own ITSM, change, incident, problem and access management across the portfolio; ensure audit readiness and control governance.
• Lead transition, migration and service delivery for major platform/workplace technology changes, manage vendor relationships.
• Directly manage the Enterprise Systems Operations and IT Operations teams and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
