Job summary

Minetek, based in North Sydney, seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration and commercial effectiveness of the company’s enterprise application landscape. You will connect ERP, CRM, SmartStack and AI to improve processes and establish a single source of truth for global growth.

This role is based in our North Sydney office, driving architecture standards, vendor management and major system initiatives across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 7+ years in enterprise architecture or related tech roles.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
• Excellent stakeholder and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise application architecture and integration standards.
• Evaluate platforms, manage vendors, optimise AI and SmartStack usage and costs.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and lead major system initiatives.
• Ensure NSN engagement remains integrated and commercially sound.
• Set architecture standards, governance and best practices across enterprise apps.
• Drive technology learning and adoption to maximise value of systems and tools.

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design, integration and commercial effectiveness of Minetek’s enterprise application landscape.

You’ll connect ERP, CRM, SmartStack and AI to improve business processes, establish a single source of truth, and ensure our technology investments support global growth. This is an opportunity to shape technology roadmaps, drive systems integration and improve how our people use technology.

This position is based in our North Sydney office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and maintaining enterprise application architecture, integration standards and data flows.
• Evaluating platforms, managing vendors and optimising AI and SmartStack usage, costs and integration.
• Translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and overseeing major system initiatives.
• Managing the NSN engagement to ensure systems remain integrated, effective and commercially sound.
• Setting architecture standards, governance and best practices across the enterprise application landscape.
• Driving technology learning and adoption to maximise the value of systems and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, business systems or technology solutions.
• Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, system integrations and enterprise applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills, with the ability to assess technology decisions against business needs.
• Strong stakeholder, project and vendor management skills, with the ability to influence and drive outcomes.
