Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead enterprise application initiatives in a fast-paced, B2B environment. You will bridge business stakeholders with engineering, shape product strategy, and drive execution from concept through release.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years as a Product Owner/PM delivering enterprise apps.
• Experience managing B2B applications with complex customer needs.
• Proven ability to define product roadmaps and strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap and strategy.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform decisions.
• Create and manage the product backlog using agile methods.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering to ensure alignment.
