UST is seeking a Principal Product Owner to lead its product transformation, guiding cloud-native evolution and market-focused strategy. You will own product vision, manage a team of Product Owners and analysts, and collaborate across engineering, design, sales and marketing to drive value.

You will shape roadmaps, define requirements, and deliver complex development initiatives while aligning with company goals and market demands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead product teams and mentor others.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and roadmaps for cloud-native product transformation.
