Job summary

UST is seeking an experienced Principal Product Owner to lead our product transformation initiatives and steer the evolution of our suite toward cloud-native solutions. You will own market and customer understanding for your product line, craft a compelling vision, and manage a team of Product Owners and analysts to execute the roadmap.

You will influence across a highly matrixed organisation, drive partnerships, and develop business cases for innovation while aligning with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of product management experience in a product-led organisation.
• Experience leading product management teams or mentoring junior product managers.
• Proficiency with product management tools (Aha, Jira, Figma, or similar).
• Strong understanding of cloud technology fundamentals and translate to roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic evolution and enhancement of existing products onto cloud-native platforms.
• Own market and customer understanding for product development and opportunity identification.
• Articulate a clear product vision aligned with strategic goals and communicate roadmap to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Owners and analysts; drive performance and career development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to position and commercialize products.
• Define KPIs and monitor market performance, adoption, and competitive positioning.
