Job summary

Evolution Mining is seeking an IT Integration Lead to join the Group IT team in Sydney, responsible for the ongoing operation, governance and evolution of Evolution's Boomi-driven enterprise integration platform. You will partner with architecture, data and application teams and oversee delivery through our strategic partner while guiding modernisation of the landscape.

You will own the platform, set governance standards, and drive roadmaps to migrate legacy integrations to the platform,

Qualifications

• Experience leading or owning an enterprise integration platform environment.
• Strong knowledge of Boomi or a comparable integration platform.
• Experience managing outsourced partners or managed service providers.
• Demonstrated success improving integration capability and operational maturity.
• Experience supporting application modernisation or legacy migration initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Outcomes-focused approach to technology delivery.
• Experience in mining or related industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern Evolution’s enterprise integration platform (Boomi).
• Manage integration services delivered through Infosys.
• Ensure platform reliability, performance, security and supportability.
• Work with architecture and data teams to align outcomes with priorities.
• Assess existing integrations and identify opportunities for modernisation.
• Develop roadmaps to migrate legacy integrations to the platform.
• Drive integration standards, governance and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
