Job summary

Capgemini Australia is seeking an experienced Boomi Integration Architect / Development Lead to drive enterprise-scale integration projects in Sydney. You will act as Boomi SME across transformations, mentoring internal teams and shaping integration strategy with AI-powered solutions.

You'll design and deliver API-led, event-driven integrations using Boomi, Data Hub and Event Streams, while guiding governance, security and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data integration and iPaaS delivery.
• 5+ years in Boomi architecture or lead roles.
• Hands-on with Boomi Companion, Orchestrate, Connect.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of Boomi-based integrations.
• Architect modern event-driven and API-led solutions.
• Establish governance for AI Agents using Boomi Agentstudio.
• Drive Boomi Data Hub adoption and real-time capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define integration roadmaps.
• Promote DevOps practices and platform automation.
