Job summary

Sime Industrial in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Automation Lead Developer - Integration to lead design, development and support of enterprise integration solutions across our application landscape. You will work with stakeholders, architects and external partners to shape scalable, secure data exchange.

You will drive integration strategies using iPaaS and Azure Integration Services as we advance our D365 ERP journey, while ensuring governance, performance optimization and strong

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs.
• Experience with iPaaS platforms such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns and best practices.
• Experience designing REST and web service integrations.
• Knowledge of data mapping, transformation and orchestration.
• Experience across SDLC, including testing, deployment and support.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and ability to support production integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across a diverse application landscape.
• Develop comprehensive integration designs, technical specifications and solution documentation.
• Design, build and maintain APIs to enable secure and reliable communication between systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop fit-for-purpose integration solutions.
• Configure, deploy and support integration platforms, middleware and related technologies.
• Develop and maintain data mapping, transformation and orchestration logic.
• Lead troubleshooting activities and resolve complex integration issues across business-critical systems.
• Monitor and optimise integration performance for reliability and scalability.
• Ensure integration solutions comply with security, governance and architectural standards.
• Produce and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive best-practice integration approaches.
• Stay current with emerging integration technologies and trends.
