Job summary

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd., trading as Sime Industrial, seeks an Automation Lead Developer - Integration to lead enterprise integration design, development, and support from Brisbane. You will ownApi-led connectivity across critical business systems, partner with stakeholders, and guide architecture and platforms including Workato and Azure Integration Services.

You will drive secure, scalable data exchange, mentor developers and stay current with industry trends while delivering

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing, developing and supporting enterprise integrations and APIs.
Experience with iPaaS technologies such as Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft or similar.
Strong understanding of integration architecture, patterns and best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across a diverse application landscape.
Develop comprehensive integration designs, technical specifications and solution documentation.
Design, build and maintain APIs to enable secure and reliable communication between systems.
Partner with business stakeholders, analysts and technology teams to gather requirements and develop fit-for-purpose integration solutions.
Configure, deploy and support integration platforms, middleware and associated technologies.
Develop data mapping, transformation and orchestration logic for accurate data exchange.
Lead troubleshooting and resolve complex integration issues across business-critical systems.
Monitor and optimise integration performance for reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
