Medibank Private Limited is seeking a strategic Squad Lead to shape Medibank’s enterprise delivery system and the Atlassian ecosystem. You will own the product vision, governance and multi-year roadmap, coordinating across Delivery Excellence, Technology, Product, Risk and business teams to deliver scalable outcomes.

You’ll drive dashboards, analytics and AI-enabled automation while building governance and risk-aware processes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading complex delivery systems, technology platforms or enterprise products.
• Experience with Atlassian products, integrated toolchains and platform configuration.
• Ability to translate enterprise requirements into practical product capabilities.
• Strong strategic planning, prioritisation and roadmap development skills.
• Experience using delivery metrics and insights to improve outcomes.
• Understanding of automation and AI opportunities in enterprise delivery.

Aufgaben

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for Medibank’s enterprise delivery system.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on business value and user needs.
• Provide end-to-end ownership of the integrated Atlassian toolchain and integrations.
• Set platform architecture, configuration, workflow, permissions and operating standards.
• Build a trusted delivery data model connecting objectives, portfolios, teams and outcomes.
• Deliver dashboards, reporting and insights to support evidence-based decisions.
• Lead adoption of AI and automation across planning, delivery and governance.
• Explore and implement Atlassian AI, Rovo, intelligent agents and automated workflows.
• Improve onboarding, training, support and feedback mechanisms.
• Embed governance, auditability, traceability and risk-in-change requirements.
• Lead and develop a small team while influencing a broader community.
