Monks in Melbourne seeks a client-first Data Engagement Manager to lead a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will own day-to-day relationships, translate data outputs into business value, and guide senior stakeholders through roadmaps, checks-ins, and growth opportunities.

You will collaborate with onshore/offshore delivery teams and drive measurable outcomes. You bring 3+ years in client-facing roles, strong communication, and comfort with budgets, SOWs, and renewals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles in data, analytics or digital marketing.
• Strong track record growing accounts and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with budgets, SOWs, renewals, and upsell discussions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day and strategic relationships with enterprise clients in data/analytics.
• Map stakeholder landscapes and build rapport at all levels.
• Translate complex outputs into business value aligned with client KPIs.
• Lead check-ins, QBRs, and roadmap sessions; surface new opportunities.
• Identify organic growth and expand scope across Monks' service lines.
• Oversee delivery with onshore/offshore teams and ensure timely, scoped work.
• Maintain client health metrics and manage renewal risk with proactive actions.
• Prepare proposals, SOWs, and commercial negotiations with Partners and Director.
