Job summary

Source Governance, part of HPX Group, is seeking an Enterprise Compliance Manager to deliver compliance services for clients across regulated sectors. You will manage engagements, embed compliance processes, and monitor ongoing risk while contributing to practice development.

The role suits a pragmatic compliance professional with strong governance, risk and advisory experience. You will work with leadership to design frameworks, provide clear regulatory guidance, and build trusted client

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, governance or regulatory advisory within professional services, consulting or in-house compliance.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, governance and regulatory obligations.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements into practical solutions.
• Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Experience preparing governance papers and executive reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of compliance engagements across regulated industries.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop remediation plans.
• Design and implement enterprise compliance frameworks and controls.
• Provide pragmatic regulatory advice including ESG, SOCI obligations, ISO standards.
• Produce governance documentation and board papers.
• Deliver monitoring, testing and thematic reviews for continuous improvement.
• Support client incidents, investigations and remediation activities.
• Develop and deliver compliance training and promote governance culture.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external experts to deliver outcomes.
• Assist with onboarding and engagement planning for multiple engagements.
• Contribute to development of compliance methodologies and tools.
