Job summary

HammondCare is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape our technology landscape and ensure investments support care outcomes, operational efficiency and growth.

Working across business, data, applications, integration, cloud, infrastructure, security and AI, you will define the technology roadmap, establish architecture standards and guide strategic decisions. This is a 22-month contract based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.

Qualifications

• TOGAF, ArchiMate, Zachman or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification.
• At least 10 years' demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture or technology strategy leadership roles.
• Proven experience developing enterprise architecture strategies, target-state architectures and roadmaps.
• Strong knowledge across business, application, data, integration, cloud, infrastructure and security domains.
• Experience establishing architecture standards, governance frameworks and architecture decision processes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology platforms, cloud architectures, integration patterns and cyber security principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HammondCare's enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and technology roadmap.
• Lead architecture planning across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and AI domains.
• Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.
• Partner with executive and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and investment priorities.
• Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformation, digital and technology initiatives.
• Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, cost-effective and aligned with long-term organisational needs.
• Lead architecture governance, technology reviews and design assurance processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, technical debt and duplication across the technology landscape.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations on technology investment and innovation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain enterprise technology capability models, roadmaps and lifecycle plans to support future growth and organisational transformation.
