HammondCare seeks an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape our technology landscape and ensure architecture supports better care outcomes and growth. You will drive the technology roadmap, establish standards, and partner with executives to prioritise investments.

This senior role spans cloud, AI, cybersecurity and data domains, with hybrid work options at St Leonards, NSW. A strategic thinker with 10+ years in EA is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in Enterprise Architecture or technology strategy leadership.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, data, integration and security architectures.
• Proven experience building roadmaps and governance frameworks.

You will partner with executive leaders, project teams and technology specialists to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, integrated and aligned with HammondCare's long-term strategy.This role is ideal for a strategic technology leader who enjoys influencing enterprise-wide decisions, simplifying complexity and creating a future-ready technology environment.***This is a maximum term contract for 22 months based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities.***Key Responsibilities include * Develop and maintain HammondCare's enterprise architecture strategy, target-state architecture and technology roadmap.* Lead architecture planning across business, application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, cyber security and AI domains.* Establish and govern enterprise architecture principles, standards and reference architectures.* Partner with executive and business leaders to translate strategic objectives into technology capabilities and investment priorities.* Provide architecture leadership and assurance across major transformation, digital and technology initiatives.* Ensure technology solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, cost-effective and aligned with long-term organisational needs.* Lead architecture governance, technology reviews and design assurance processes.* Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, technical debt and duplication across the technology landscape.* Evaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations on technology investment and innovation opportunities.* Develop and maintain enterprise technology capability models, roadmaps and lifecycle plans to support future growth and organisational transformation.**About You** You are a strategic thinker who can connect business strategy with technology delivery. You are comfortable influencing senior stakeholders, navigating complex technology environments and making decisions that balance innovation, risk, cost and long-term sustainability.
