Qualifications

• Must have enterprise architecture experience in large/complex organisations.
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM and cloud platforms.
• Experience across complex technology ecosystems and enterprise portfolios.
• Understanding of data, application, infrastructure and security architecture.
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps, standards and technology strategies.
• Familiarity with Azure, M365, IAM, integration and data platforms.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in technology decisions.
• Governance, risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
• Qualifications in IT/CS or related discipline.
• Higher education or similarly complex industry experience preferred.

About the Role

You'll lead enterprise architecture practices across business, data, applications, integration and infrastructure, ensuring technology investments align with strategic priorities and support digital transformation.

About the Team

Digital Services is responsible for delivering the technology, digital platforms, cyber security, data and enterprise systems that support the University's teaching, research and operational activities. The team partners closely with academic and professional staff across the University to drive innovation, modernise technology platforms and enable strategic priorities through digital transformation.

As part of the Enterprise Architecture function, you'll work alongside architects, technology leaders, project teams and business stakeholders to shape the University's future technology landscape. The team plays a critical role in guiding technology investment decisions, establishing architecture standards, reducing complexity and ensuring solutions are secure, scalable and aligned with the University's long-term objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven Enterprise Architecture experience in a large or complex organisation
• Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, integration and cloud platforms
• Experience working across complex technology ecosystems and enterprise systems portfolios
• Understanding of data, application, infrastructure and security architecture principles
• Experience developing architecture roadmaps, standards and technology strategies
• Familiarity with platforms such as Microsoft Azure, M365, identity and access management, integration and data platforms
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide enterprise technology decisions
• Strong governance, risk management and problem-solving capabilities
• Relevant qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
• Higher education or similarly complex industry experience will be highly regarded

• Level 8/9 | $123,283 - $152,959 + 17% superannuation.
