Job summary

Talent Corp in Brisbane is seeking an Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, target-state architectures, technology roadmaps and governance standards.

You will provide architectural leadership and assurance across the SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade, including solution design, integrations and platform migration, and develop Solution Architecture Documents (SADs) aligned with enterprise standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect delivering large ICT transformation programs.
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrades and platform migrations.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and governance.
• Ability to lead architecture governance and design approvals.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of EA frameworks and roadmaps.
• Provide architectural leadership across SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade.
• Develop and maintain SADs aligned with EA standards.
• Oversee governance, design approvals and technical assurance.
• Guide SAP custom code remediation, security and integrations.
• Support testing, cutover planning and transition activities.

Job description

Provide architectural leadership and assurance across the SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade, including solution design, integrations and platform migration.

Develop and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

Oversee architecture governance, design approvals and technical assurance across complex enterprise systems.

Provide architectural direction across SAP custom code remediation, security, interfaces and integrations.

Support system integration testing, performance testing, cutover planning and transition activities.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to deliver effective architecture outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of enterprise architecture frameworks, target-state architectures, technology roadmaps and governance standards.

• Provide architectural leadership and assurance across the SAP S/4HANA Finance upgrade, including solution design, integrations and platform migration.

• Develop and maintain Solution Architecture Documents (SADs), ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.

• Oversee architecture governance, design approvals and technical assurance across complex enterprise systems.

• Provide architectural direction across SAP custom code remediation, security, interfaces and integrations.

• Support system integration testing, performance testing, cutover planning and transition activities.

Skills & Experience

• Demonstrated experience as an Enterprise Architect delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs.

• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including architecture design, upgrades and platform migrations.

• Exposure to RISE with SAP / Private Cloud Edition (PCE) environments.

• Proven ability to develop enterprise architecture strategies, target-state designs, transition roadmaps and integration frameworks.

• Experience managing architectural governance, technical assurance and solution design approvals.

• Strong understanding of enterprise integration, cloud architecture, cybersecurity and infrastructure domains.

• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and technical leadership capabilities.

Highly Desirable

• Experience across SAP HR/Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors or other complex enterprise SAP environments.

• Previous involvement in major SAP version upgrades, custom code remediation or enterprise platform migrations.

• TOGAF, ArchiMate or equivalent enterprise architecture certifications.

• Experience delivering ICT transformation within government or similarly complex enterprise environments.
