Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Service Delivery Manager for Enterprise Applications in Macquarie Park to lead service delivery across critical enterprise platforms, ensure reliability and high performance, and drive improvements across a multi-vendor environment.

You will own vendor performance, manage application lifecycle, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver stable technology services that support rail operations, customer information and planning platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering enterprise applications and service delivery.
• Strong vendor management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven leadership with collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Tertiary qualification in technology, business systems or related discipline, ITIL certification is a plus.
