Job summary

Transport for NSW seeks an experienced Technology Lead to drive the design and delivery of diverse applications. You will provide hands-on leadership across Java, Microsoft stacks, Power Apps and Oracle APEX, guiding teams from concept to implementation and aligning delivery with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex technology projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Java, Microsoft technologies, Power Apps and Oracle APEX.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in government environments and managing vendor/governance requirements is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of application projects.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and guide project teams through the full delivery lifecycle.
• Establish technical direction, drive solution design, and oversee development activities.
• Ensure delivery outcomes meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
