Job summary

GMHBA Dental Care is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead to join our Technology team on a 4-month fixed-term contract covering parental leave. You will drive enterprise delivery, coordinate releases, and coach teams in agile delivery practices.

You'll partner with senior technology leaders, business stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful production deployments and continuous improvement in a governed SDLC environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery within Agile and governed SDLC environments.
• Strong planning, dependency management, release coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and external delivery partners.
• Expertise using delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms.
• Agile, Program or Project Delivery certification.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise delivery across multiple initiatives, teams and technology platforms.
• Coordinate planning, forecasting and prioritisation activities to keep delivery on track.
• Manage delivery dependencies, risks, constraints and capacity considerations.
• Lead portfolio delivery rhythms and governance activities to maintain visibility of commitments and milestones.
• Escalate issues and support informed decision-making across stakeholders.
