Job summary

GMHBA is seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Delivery Lead for a 4-month parental leave cover. Join our Technology team to drive portfolio visibility, coordinate releases and champion delivery excellence across multiple initiatives and vendors.

You'll influence the delivery of enterprise technology outcomes, coach teams in agile practices, and collaborate with senior technology leaders and business stakeholders to ensure smooth deployments and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience leading enterprise technology delivery within Agile and governed SDLC environments.
Strong planning, dependency management, release coordination and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience working across multidisciplinary technology teams and external delivery partners.
Expertise with delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

Drive Enterprise Delivery: coordinate delivery across multiple initiatives, teams and platforms.
Keep Delivery Moving: lead portfolio rhythms, track milestones and outcomes.
Coordinate Releases & Change: oversee release planning and environment coordination.
Enable High-Performing Teams: coach teams in agile delivery and SDLC best practices.
