The University of Tasmania is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Business Services team. Based in Hobart, Launceston or Burnie, you will administer UTAS enterprise information systems, provide expert support across channels and drive continuous improvements to user experiences.

In this role you will engage with ITS clients, contribute to IT projects, and help design training for both technical and non‑technical staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery within ITIL

Qualifications

• Experience administering and supporting enterprise information systems.
• Strong understanding of incident, problem, change and release management.
• Analytical skills for analyzing and documenting business processes and procedures.
• Experience in IT project management.
• Ability to develop training materials for technical and non‑technical staff.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support UTAS enterprise information systems per EBS processes (ITIL).
• Fulfil, manage, report on and monitor service requests from ITS clients to a high standard.
• Provide quality, timely and accurate advice on information system usage and support issues.
• Contribute to planning, design, development and continuous improvement of EBS services.
• Consult with clients, users and ITS staff to improve information systems and user experiences.
