TrendAI, the AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in Australia’s medium-sized market. You will identify prospects, build a robust pipeline, and guide opportunities from initial contact through negotiation and close.

Successful candidates bring proven new‑business sales experience and strong prospecting, qualification, and closing skills.

Qualifications

• Proven success in new business sales and net-new customer acquisition.
• Strong prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated, and highly driven to achieve results.
• Experience selling IT solutions into medium-sized businesses is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new customers within the medium business market
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and strategic prospecting
• Lead the full sales cycle from initial engagement through to negotiation and close
• Understand customer challenges and position tailored solutions that deliver business value
