Cleanaway is expanding its AI capabilities and seeks an AI Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day operation and evolution of enterprise AI platforms. You will drive a scalable, well-governed BAU environment while unlocking new capabilities for the business.

Role requires hands-on experience with enterprise AI ecosystems, strong analytics, and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes across a national organisation.

Formación

• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI, SaaS, data or digital platforms.
• Practical understanding of Generative AI concepts: models, prompts, agents, integrations, monitoring and failure modes.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to turn usage data into action.
• Knowledge of enterprise privacy, cyber security, data governance, Responsible AI and risk controls.
• Ability to bridge technical and business worlds and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operation of enterprise AI platforms, including configuration, access, integrations, controls and optimization.
• Provide production support, owning complex incidents and coordinating resolution across IT, Cyber, vendors and technical teams.
• Analyse platform adoption, licence and credit consumption, feature utilisation and support trends to drive improvements.
• Assess vendor releases and new AI capabilities, coordinating changes and safely unlocking new features.
• Establish and continuously improve BAU processes, operational documentation, support procedures, reporting and service management practices.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate user needs and AI concepts into practical improvements.
