The role requires deep experience in AI, governance, and change management, with proven ability to lead Centres of Excellence and engage senior stakeholders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology transformation, digital enablement, consulting, innovation, or program delivery.
• Proven experience establishing or scaling Centres of Excellence within AI, Data, Automation, or Digital functions.
• Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, and emerging technology trends.
• Experience driving organisational change and technology adoption initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to develop business cases, prioritise opportunities, and influence decision-making.
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of governance, risk, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
