Pega is seeking an experienced Client Executive to lead enterprise sales engagements, helping global brands apply AI and drive predictable outcomes with managed costs. You will engage C-level stakeholders, design business outcomes, and guide strategic deals from prospecting to close.

You will own relationships across new and existing buying centers, shaping opportunities with curiosity, storytelling, and strong discovery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise software or AI-related sales experience.
• Proven track record closing multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Ability to lead executive-level conversations.

Responsibilities

• Open new buying centres and create opportunities through proactive hunting.
• Adapt and own deal strategy end-to-end with cross-functional support.
• Tell compelling stories connecting business challenges to measurable outcomes.
• Position Pega Blueprint, AI-powered workflows, and transformation strategies with leaders.
