Job summary

Cognition in Sydney is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to deploy Devin with enterprise engineering teams. You will embed with customers, build agentic workflows, and drive measurable productivity gains that scale across hundreds of engineers.

You'll shape repeatable playbooks, create enablement content, and guide customers through installation, configuration, and optimization of Devin and related tools, while expanding the footprint of Devin in large accounts.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years as a software engineer or similar with strong coding proficiency.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical topics.
• Experience driving technical adoption and measurable impact in engineering.
• Strong commercial instincts; growth-oriented engagements.

Responsibilities

• Embed with enterprise engineering teams to drive adoption and outcomes.
• Architect and implement agentic workflows across engineering, QA, support, data, and product.
• Lead live workshops and pair programming sessions for enterprise teams.
• Guide customers through installing and optimizing Devin and related tools.
• Pair-program on live production problems to show high-value usage patterns.
• Quantify impact with productivity metrics and ROI stories.
• Scale learnings into playbooks and best practices for large-scale deployment.
• Create enablement materials and shared playbooks from customer learnings.
