You will design end-to-end platforms leveraging Power Platform, Azure services, and emerging AI technologies, guiding onshore and offshore squads toward high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Power Platform background with enterprise project success.
• Experience designing end-to-end Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Proven ability to lead scoping, discovery and technical conversations with customers.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical artefacts, proposals and SOWs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Platform and AI solutions.
• Lead scoping workshops to capture customer requirements.
• Shape and lead planning and technical discussions with customers.
• Create designs and technical specifications from requirements.
• Produce solution design and as-built documentation for sign-off.
• Lead onshore and offshore squads on Power Platform engagements.
• Assist in pre-sales engagements, create estimates and go-to-market designs.
• Plan sprints with the PM and coordinate development efforts.
• Demonstrate products and train customers.
• Mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Coordinate testing, deployments and production support; troubleshoot.
• Adapt to new internal processes within a growing practice.
• Mentor project teams while balancing client and internal demands.
• Prioritise tasks across multiple clients and delivery tasks.
• Travel to meet clients and deliver solutions.
