Job summary

Bluprintx is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to drive new enterprise sales across Australia in a defined territory. This hunter role requires building relationships with C-suite executives, qualifying opportunities, and leading complex sales cycles from discovery to close.

You will collaborate with our Solutions, Capability, and alliance partners to shape tailored, AI-enabled front-office transformations.

Qualifications

• A record of winning net-new enterprise clients and delivering against sales targets.
• An established network across the Australian enterprise market.
• Enterprise technology sales experience in digital transformation, consulting or professional services.
• Executive presence that earns credibility with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, with sharp qualification and negotiation skills in multi-stakeholder deals.
• Partner-led selling experience, ideally across MarTech, CRM, data or AI ecosystems such as Adobe and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Win new enterprise logos across your Australian territory and named target account list.
• Build qualified pipeline that covers your target, using AI-powered research to prioritise where you spend your time.
• Open doors early through your network, targeted prospecting, referrals and partners, well before procurement or an RFP.
• Earn executive sponsors by building relationships with C-suite and senior leaders in enterprise organisations.
• Lead complex sales cycles from discovery and qualification through to proposal, negotiation and close.
• Shape the right solution with our Solutions and Capability teams and our Adobe and Salesforce alliance partners.
• Hand over cleanly so every new client starts well with our Delivery team.
