Canberra Grammar School is seeking an enthusiastic Enrolments Officer to support enrolment growth and retention through proactive relationship management, accurate data handling and pipeline coordination.

This role helps manage the prospective family journey, maintain enrolments data and foster positive relationships with future CGS members while supporting the Head of Enrolments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-level customer service in education or professional settings.
• Ability to manage relationships with prospective families and stakeholders.
• Strong data entry and data management skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support enrolment growth and retention through relationship management.
• Maintain accurate enrolments data and coordinate the enrolment pipeline.
