Community Development Office | Whole School

About the Role

The Enrolments Officer plays a key role in supporting theSchool’s enrolment growth and retention objectives throughproactive relationship management, accurate data management andeffective pipeline coordination.

This role contributes to the School’s enrolment growth bysupporting the effective management of the prospective familyjourney, maintaining accurate enrolments data and fosteringpositive relationships with future members of the School community.This role also supports the Head of Enrolments to facilitate theseamless operation of the Enrolments process.

The Enrolments team is customer facing and the first point ofcontact for the community in person, by phone or by email. Thisposition is well suited to someone that flourishes in a dynamic andfast paced environment, supporting others to make certain thatoperations run smoothly and efficiently to meet demandingdeadlines.

You are a dedicated and service-oriented professional who takespride in delivering an exceptional experience for families. Youthrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and bring bothwarmth and precision to your work.

You will demonstrate:

• Proven experience delivering high-level customer service,ideally in a professional or education setting, with theability to build rapport and foster positive relationships
• The ability and experience to take ownership, anticipateneeds, and ensure that every interaction reflects the valuesand standards of Canberra Grammar School
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communicationskills, with confidence engaging with a wide range ofstakeholders
• The ability to analyse, prioritise and manage competingtasks effectively, while maintaining composure under pressureand meeting demanding deadlines
• Strong data entry capability with a high level of accuracyand attention to detail
• Well developed administrative skills and confidence workingwith databases and digital systems (experience with Synergeticor similar student management systems is highly desirable)
• A proactive and collaborative approach, working effectivelywith colleagues across the School to ensure seamlessoperations
• A professional presentation and a genuine commitment tosupporting the School’s enrolment growth and communityengagement objectives
• Availabilty to travel on weekends from time to time

• Excellent technological literacy across a range ofapplications
• A valid ACT Working with Vulnerable People Card
• A current National Police Check
