Job summary

Salvado Catholic College in Byford, WA, is seeking an Enrolments Officer to coordinate the enrolment process and ensure year groups are at optimal capacity. You will work with the Administration team to support families from tour to their first day of school.

You will manage enquiries, applications, records and the enrolment process, acting as the first point of contact for prospective families while upholding the college values of justice, peace and compassion.

About The Role

The Enrolments Officer is responsible for the overall coordination of the enrolment process at the College and for ensuring all year groups are at optimal capacity. This position will work closely with the wider Administration team to ensure families seeking to enrol their child at the College are supported through the process from tour to their first day of school.

The Enrolments Officer uses their strong administration experience to manage all aspects of the enrolment process to a high standard, including keeping accurate and up-to-date records, enquiry management and the application and confirmation process.

The Enrolments Officer is often the first point of contact for prospective families and the wider community.
