Onsite Diagnostics has been a trusted supplier of workplace drug testing kits to Australian businesses for over 20 years. We supply urine and saliva drug tests and run nationally recognised drug and alcohol collector training (HLTPAT010) as a Registered Training Organisation.

Our head office is in Burleigh Heads, where you'll join a young, friendly team in a light and bright workspace. We're looking for two enthusiastic, detail-focused people to join our team.

Enrolment & Administration Officer (Job Share, 2-3 Days Per Week)

Onsite Diagnostics has been a trusted supplier of workplace drug testing kits to Australian businesses for over 20 years. We supply urine and saliva drug tests and run nationally recognised drug and alcohol collector training (HLTPAT010) as a Registered Training Organisation. Our customers include employers in construction, mining, transport and labour hire. Our head office is in Burleigh Heads, where you'll join a young, friendly team in a light and bright workspace.

About the Role

We're looking for two enthusiastic, detail-focused people to join our team. You'll be filling a current role, with each person working 2-3 days per week. Whether you're a Uni student wanting flexible work around your studies, or someone after a casual role with great work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you. (all Uni students will be allowed time off for exams as required)

You'll be responsible for the enrolment and assessment process from start to finish, working as part of a team of 3.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Process student enrolments
• Send welcome emails
• Check and verify USI numbers
• Enter student details into our database
• Invoice students or their employers
• Process payments
• Dispatch student training kits promptly
• Pack drug test orders
• Invoice customers and process payments

Hours and Days

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 4:00pm during summer (daylight savings hours)
• 9:00am to 5:00pm for the rest of the year
• Casual 2-3 days per week
• Extra work available over the Christmas period
