The Admissions Adviser supports prospective students throughout the enrolment journey by responding to course enquiries and advising on study options and enrolment processes, while developing strong relationships to achieve enrolment targets across natural health and creative arts courses.

The role is Permanent | Full-Time with Hybrid working at the Haymarket location, Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer engagement, or target-driven roles.
• Proven ability to convert leads through consultative conversations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for student-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective student enquiries and follow up to progress enrolments.
• Provide personalised advice on course options, fees, and enrolment pathways.
• Engage applicants and partially enrolled students to drive enrolment completion.
• Build relationships with prospective students and deliver exceptional enrolment experiences.
• Maintain CRM records and compliance documentation; collaborate with internal teams.
