Job summary

Endeavour College of Natural Health in Sydney seeks a Clinic and Campus Manager to lead day-to-day clinic and campus operations, ensuring a high-quality student experience and a safe, inclusive campus. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will develop the Administration team, coordinate student engagement, manage budgets, and drive WHS, risk and continuous improvement across campus.

Qualifications

  • A degree qualification and a minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a similar operational, service, education, health or related environment.
  • Strong operational, organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver effective outcomes within a complex service environment.
  • Proven team leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated experience working collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in WHS, risk management, compliance, incident management and continuous quality improvement.
  • Strong capability in complex case management, including assessing issues, coordinating appropriate responses and escalating matters where required.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, sound judgement and problem‑solving skills, including experience managing budgets, performance and operational targets, with a strong customer and student focus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading day‑to‑day clinic and campus operations, ensuring effective service delivery, resourcing, facilities management and a positive student and staff experience.
  • Leading and developing the Clinic and Campus Administration team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and professional development.
  • Coordinating and delivering student engagement initiatives, including open days, student‑led events, graduations and campus activities, while building relationships with students, alumni and community partners.
  • Overseeing clinic performance, including bookings, utilisation, revenue, stock and client engagement, and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.
  • Managing campus budgets, expenditure and resources, working with internal and external stakeholders to achieve effective financial and operational outcomes.
  • Championing campus WHS, including risk management, emergency preparedness, compliance and continuous improvement across the clinic and campus.

Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Clinic and Campus Manager is accountable for the overall performance, operations and experience of the clinic and campus. The role ensures a safe, seamless and high-quality student experience while supporting a vibrant, inclusive and well-connected campus environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Educational or clinical experience, particularly in environments involving student or client‑facing service delivery.
  • Experience, background or knowledge within the natural health industry, including an understanding of natural health‑related disciplines.
  • Experience or knowledge of higher education environments, particularly within a clinic‑based or student‑facing setting.
  • Strong campus and facilities management experience, including responsibility for operational readiness, safety, facilities and service delivery.
