Qualifikationen

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• Experience in acute care environment; surgical nursing experience highly regarded.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated initiative, adaptability and willingness to contribute positively to team culture.
• Understanding of NSQHS Standards and clinical governance.
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster.
• Experience within a private hospital environment.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Experience participating in quality improvement activities.
