Healthscope is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Acacia (Surgical A Ward) team at Norwest Private Hospital in NSW. You will work with Registered Nurses and allied health professionals to deliver patient-centred care across a range of surgical specialties.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
• Experience in acute care with surgical nursing preferred.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team and deliver patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred nursing care within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with RNs and multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Support individualised patient care and respond to patient and family needs.
• Contribute to ward culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and effective communication.
